Siklish Trekking:

Siklis Trek is specially developed for more inexperienced hikers or anyone who is interested enough to explore the countryside of Nepal. Siklis trek is a picturesque trek that unfolds the natural beauty of Nepal. The charming villages, intriguing patterns of terraced fields, rhododendron forests, high alpine meadows nestled below the towering mountains of Annapurna II and IV are some of the key features of this trek. The trekking route takes you to the region which is inhabited by the Gurung community upholding their age old customs and traditions. A final high point reveals magnificent views of the fish-tail peak *Machapuchare*. The Siklis trek offers bird lovers a real treat as there are varieties of species of birds which are found in abundance in the forests of the Siklis region.

Rough and wild, this trek cuts through less travelled country south of Annapurna II & Lamjung Himal massif. Good mountain views and rough terrain, the local people are unaccustomed to trekers. This trek is a spectecular short trek and traverses a variety of terrain from low land villages and rice terraces up to 3,000 meter where there is the biggest Gurung (Gurkhas) village as well as a national flower forest of rhodondedron in the springs.
